The Heart of the City of Glass

On the door of the City of Glass' beating heart, Allegro read the following poem:

The heart of a city is a thing of wonder,
A place of beauty and a source of thunder,
Where people come to live, work, and play,
And the heartbeat of the city echoes all day.

But the heart of a city is fragile too,
A heart of glass that needs protecting through,
For the city's lifeblood flows within its walls,
And any damage can cause the heart to fall.

So we must guard the heart of the city with care,
Shield it from harm, and keep it rare,
For it is the soul of the place we call home,
And without it, we are all alone.

Let us keep the heart of the city strong,
Let us keep it beating all day long,
For it is the center of our community,
And the beating heart of our unity.

So let us protect it with all our might,
And keep it shining bright like a guiding light,
For the heart of the city is our foundation,
And the source of our shared inspiration.
